Ingredients
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- - pinch of salt
- 1 - egg
- 3/4 teaspoon vinegar
- 3/4 cup milk
How To Make gluten free funnel cake

Step 1Preheat oil to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add egg & vinegar. Slowly add milk, mixing well to remove all lumps. You can either pour batter in a squeeze bottle or just slowly drop batter from spoon to form criss-crossing circles & ovals.

Step 2Cook until ightly browned. Turn to brown other side as well. Remove & drain on paper towels. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
