Place cake mix in a large mixing bowl, combine water, salad oil and egg. Beat together well.

Pour liquid mixture into cake mix and mix until well blended.

Stir in pecans, coconut and white chocolate chips, mixing well.

Pour into a foil lined 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Cool and cut into bars. Store in a zip top plastic bag to keep soft.
