Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 cups milk, less three tablespoons
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
How To Make funnel cakes

Step 1Measure sour cream into a measuring cup and fill cup with milk to make 2 cups. Stir milk into beaten eggs. Combine dry ingredients and stir into wet. Beat until smooth. If batter isn't runny add a little more milk.

Step 2Heat oil to 375 degrees. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into a funnel covering the hole with your finger. Swirl batter into oil 3-6 inches in diameter.

Step 3Once lightly browned remove to paper towel to drain. Top with icing sugar and serve with strawberries and whipped cream or ice cream, or choose your favorites.
