I've experimented for months to find a GOOD keto brownie recipe, and THIS IS IT! Fudgy, moist, even better the next day. Bake at your own risk-they are dangerously good! Sugar-free, grain-free. Perfection!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, salted
- 2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips, divided
- 2/3 cup sweetener, I use powdered stevia
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 large eggs, whisked
How To Make fudgy and moist keto brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or butter the bottom only of a 7x11" pan, or a similar size.

Step 2In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter, half of the chocolate chips, and Stevia for approximately 2 minutes, just until melted. Stirring halfway through.

Step 3Add the vanilla, cocoa powder, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir to combine well.

Step 4Stir in eggs and then the remaining chocolate chips.

Step 5Pour into prepared dish and bake 14-17 minutes, JUST until set. Cool and cut into 18 bars.
