This can be served as a side dish or a dessert. Goes great with Chicken, turkey or even better with brisket.

1 pkg
8oz bag noodles 1/2 wide
1 c
eggs (seperated)
1 stick
margarine (melted)
1/2 lb
creme cheese
1 c
sour cream (may use light)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2-3/4 c
golden raisins
1 can(s)
cherry pie filling
2 Tbsp
1/2-1 tsp

How to Make Fruit Noodle Kugel


  • 1Boil noodles following package directions.
  • 2Rince after draining with hot water.
  • 3Add butter and mix
  • 4Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly
  • 5Add egg yolks, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla
  • 6Beat until a whipped consistency
  • 7Whip egg whites till fluffy and fold into mixture
  • 8Add raisins to mixture
  • 9Add noodles to mixture and mix gently
  • 10Put into greased 9x13 rectangular glass dish
  • 11Put cinnamon on top
  • 12Heat for 1/2 hour in perheated 375 degree oven
  • 13Take out and put cherry topping on
  • 14Contiune to bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees
  • 15Let cool for fifteen minutes before serving
