Ingredients
- 1 package 8oz bag noodles 1/2 wide
- 1 cup sugar
- 3-4 - eggs (seperated)
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1/2 pound creme cheese
- 1 cup sour cream (may use light)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2-3/4 cup golden raisins
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make fruit noodle kugel

Step 1Boil noodles following package directions.

Step 2Rince after draining with hot water.

Step 3Add butter and mix

Step 4Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly

Step 5Add egg yolks, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla

Step 6Beat until a whipped consistency

Step 7Whip egg whites till fluffy and fold into mixture

Step 8Add raisins to mixture

Step 9Add noodles to mixture and mix gently

Step 10Put into greased 9x13 rectangular glass dish

Step 11Put cinnamon on top

Step 12Heat for 1/2 hour in perheated 375 degree oven

Step 13Take out and put cherry topping on

Step 14Contiune to bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees

Step 15Let cool for fifteen minutes before serving
