I like to make 1/2 one fruit and the other 1/2 another Mixing Strawberry/rhubarb is a very good way to make this.

3/8 c
oleo or butter
2 1/4 c
1 1/2 c
1 1/2 c
3/4 tsp
baking powder


3 c
fruit of your choice drained
1 1/2 c
3 Tbsp
2 c
boiling water

How to Make Fruit Cobble


  • 1Mix all of cake ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan
  • 2Cover with fruit/sugar mix. Dap with butter and pour boiling water on top
  • 3Bake at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
