- 1 1/2 cups crushed fresh strawberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

How To Make frozen strawberry cake

Step 1

Combine ingredients in order listed and blend well. Line a freezing tray with oiled paper. Fill with the mixture and freeze until firm.

Step 2

Cut into squares,top with sweetened whipped cream and some chopped pecans, if desired.
