1Take about four or so flour tortillas at a time (stacked together) and cut in pizza shaped wedges. After desired number of tortillas are cut, heat oil on stove top in a heavy deep boiler. Turn oil to high to heat up and then reduce heat to medium to medium high. Drop cut wedges a little at a time in hot oil and fry until very light golden color and crisp (not long - they burn quick) Remove from oil with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
