Ingredients

  • 4
    egg whites
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    nuts (ground)
  • 35
    RITZ crackers
  • 1 pkg
    whipped topping, frozen
  • 1 pkg
    coconut, flaked (8 oz)

How to Make FOOD FOR ANGELS

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs whites until stiff peeks form, add sugar and vanilla beat until glossy.
  2. Fold in nuts and crumbs.
    Spread on 10 x 14 cookie sheet pan (greased)
    Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  3. Cool.
    Top with large container or Whipped topping such as Cool Whip and top with 8oz bag of sweetened shredded coconut.
  4. Cut into squares and serve
