Ingredients

4
egg whites
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
sugar
1 c
nuts (ground)
35
RITZ crackers
1 pkg
whipped topping, frozen
1 pkg
coconut, flaked (8 oz)

Step-By-Step

1Beat eggs whites until stiff peeks form, add sugar and vanilla beat until glossy.
2Fold in nuts and crumbs.
Spread on 10 x 14 cookie sheet pan (greased)
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
3Cool.
Top with large container or Whipped topping such as Cool Whip and top with 8oz bag of sweetened shredded coconut.
4Cut into squares and serve
