- - 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- - 1/3 cup orange juice
- - 2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- - 12 oz. tub cool whip
- - 75 crushed nilla wafers (2 1/2 cups)
- - 1/2 cup butter, melted
How To Make fluffy cheesecake dessert

Step 1In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine marshmallows and orange juice. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Stir until smooth. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese. Add marshmallow mixture; beat just until smooth. Fold in cool whip.

Step 2Combine Nilla wafer crumbs and butter; set aside 3/4 cup for topping. Press remaining crumbs into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Spoon cream cheese filling over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate for hour or until set.
