Ingredients
- 1 - reduced-calorie graham crust (or make your own in a 9" deep dish pan)
- 1 - 8 oz block light cream cheese (neufchatel)
- 1 - 8 oz container light whipped topping
- 1 - 16 oz container light sour cream
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract (or orange, vanilla)
- - granulated sugar or splenda/truvia to taste
- 1 can light cherry pie filling (optional)

Step 1In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, whipped topping,sour cream and lemon extract, mix by hand or with electric mixer on lower speed until well-blended. Add sugar or sweetener to taste. Spoon onto crumb crust and refrigerate about 2 hours or until well-chilled. Before serving, top with pie filling if desired.
