How to Make Flan
- Caramel: Cook on med 1/2 cup of sugar and water till melted and brown. pour into baking dish. med to small size
- Custard: in a med sauce pan add milk,sugar,salt cook until bubbly. Remove from heat let cool for 5 mins before adding the eggs mix one at a time or it will scramble. Let cool till luke warm.
- pout into dish with harden sugar. place in a bigger pan filled half way up with hot water. Must come up half way flan dish. bake at 350 until set.
- allow to cool for 30 mins before putting in refrigerator for 3 hours over night is best.
