Fantasia Pumpkin Squares

1 stickbutter, softened

1 1/2 cuppecans chopped

1cupcaramel topping

8 oz.cream cheese

1 cupconfectioners' sugar

12 oz.cool whip

1 cupcold milk

2small instant vanilla pudding & pie filling

1 cupcanned pumpkin

1 tsp.ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp.ground nutmeg
How to Make Fantasia Pumpkin Squares
- 1st Layer
1cup flour
1 stick softened butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup caramel topping
Mix 1he first 3 ingredients. Pat evenly in bottom of 13x9 Pyrex dish. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool! Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel topping over crust. - 2nd Layer
8oz. cream cheese
1 cup xxx sugar
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
Cream 8 oz, cream cheese, add sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread evenly on crust. Chill for an hour. - 3rd Layer
1 cup cold milk
2 small instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Beat milk,dry puddings,spices and pumpkin with whisk until blended. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Decorate with caramel topping and pecans before serving.
