My Fall version of Fantasia Pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 stick - butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cup - pecans chopped
  • 1cup - caramel topping
  • 8 oz. - cream cheese
  • 1 cup - confectioners' sugar
  • 12 oz. - cool whip
  • 1 cup - cold milk
  • 2 - small instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 1 cup - canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. - ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. - ground nutmeg

How To Make fantasia pumpkin squares

  • Step 1
    1st Layer 1cup flour 1 stick softened butter 1 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup caramel topping Mix 1he first 3 ingredients. Pat evenly in bottom of 13x9 Pyrex dish. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool! Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel topping over crust.
  • Step 2
    2nd Layer 8oz. cream cheese 1 cup xxx sugar 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Cream 8 oz, cream cheese, add sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread evenly on crust. Chill for an hour.
  • Step 3
    3rd Layer 1 cup cold milk 2 small instant vanilla pudding and pie filling 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg Beat milk,dry puddings,spices and pumpkin with whisk until blended. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Decorate with caramel topping and pecans before serving.
