My Fall version of Fantasia Pie.

Ingredients

1 cup
flour
1 stick
butter, softened
1 1/2 cup
pecans chopped
1cup
caramel topping
8 oz.
cream cheese
1 cup
confectioners' sugar
12 oz.
cool whip
1 cup
cold milk
2
small instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
1 cup
canned pumpkin
1 tsp.
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp.
ground nutmeg

How to Make Fantasia Pumpkin Squares

Step-by-Step

  • 11st Layer
    1cup flour
    1 stick softened butter
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup caramel topping
    Mix 1he first 3 ingredients. Pat evenly in bottom of 13x9 Pyrex dish. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool! Drizzle 1/4 cup caramel topping over crust.
  • 22nd Layer
    8oz. cream cheese
    1 cup xxx sugar
    1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
    Cream 8 oz, cream cheese, add sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread evenly on crust. Chill for an hour.
  • 33rd Layer
    1 cup cold milk
    2 small instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    Beat milk,dry puddings,spices and pumpkin with whisk until blended. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Decorate with caramel topping and pecans before serving.
