Failsafe Lemon Bars
2 stickbutter, softened
2 call purpose flour
1/2 cconfectioners' sugar
1/2 clemon juice (you can use less if you don't want them tart)
1 Tbsplemon peel, finely grated (optional)
How to Make Failsafe Lemon Bars
- Heat oven to 325
- Blend Butter, Flour & Confectioner's Sugar. Pat into ungreased 13x9x2 pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Blend filling ingredients and pour over crust. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Sift confectioner's sugar over the top while warm.
Let cool, loosen edges and cut into bars. Enjoy!!
