Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- FILLING
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (you can use less if you don't want them tart)
- 1 tablespoon lemon peel, finely grated (optional)
How To Make failsafe lemon bars

Step 1Heat oven to 325

Step 2Blend Butter, Flour & Confectioner's Sugar. Pat into ungreased 13x9x2 pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Step 3Blend filling ingredients and pour over crust. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. Sift confectioner's sugar over the top while warm. Let cool, loosen edges and cut into bars. Enjoy!!
