2 pkg8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tspalmond extract
1/2 tspvanilla extract
2 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls
1/2 ccinnamon, mixed with sugar
How to Make Elephant Ear Cheesecake
- Beat cream cheese until softened and smooth. Beat in sugar, vanilla and almond extracts.
Lightly grease a 13 X 9 pan. Roll out 1 package of crescent rolls, seal perforations if using that type. (there is a new type without perforations for baking) Spread cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll dough. Roll out the 2nd package of crescent rolls on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before cutting.
