2 small box
instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
3 c
cold milk
1 box
graham crackers (27 crackers)
12 oz
cool whip
1 can(s)
chocolate fudge frosting

How to Make Eclair Dessert

Step-by-Step

  • 1Whisk together pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
  • 2Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 pan. Top with half of the pudding/Cool Whip mixture, then another layer of graham crackers, then remainder of pudding mixture. Top with one last layer of graham crackers.
  • 3Remove lid and foil from icing. Microwave icing on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir thoroughly. Pour icing over entire last layer of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
