Ingredients
- 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 box graham crackers (27 crackers)
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 1 can chocolate fudge frosting
How To Make eclair dessert

Step 1Whisk together pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip.

Step 2Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 pan. Top with half of the pudding/Cool Whip mixture, then another layer of graham crackers, then remainder of pudding mixture. Top with one last layer of graham crackers.

Step 3Remove lid and foil from icing. Microwave icing on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir thoroughly. Pour icing over entire last layer of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
