Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 box graham crackers (27 crackers)
  • 12 ounces cool whip
  • 1 can chocolate fudge frosting

How To Make eclair dessert

  • Step 1
    Whisk together pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Step 2
    Place a layer of graham crackers in a 9x13 pan. Top with half of the pudding/Cool Whip mixture, then another layer of graham crackers, then remainder of pudding mixture. Top with one last layer of graham crackers.
  • Step 3
    Remove lid and foil from icing. Microwave icing on high for 1 minute. Remove and stir thoroughly. Pour icing over entire last layer of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
