How to Make Eclair Cake
- Mix pudding according to directions on the box. Chill for 10 - 15 min. Add Cool Whip to pudding.
- Place a layer of saltines on the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Add a layer of pudding. Add another layer of crackers and another layer of pudding. Top with a layer of crackers.
- Microwave the frosting for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Spread on top of crackers. Chill for 1 hour.
