How to Make Easy Southern Peach Cobbler
- Pre heat oven @ 375 degrees
- In a 2 or 3 quart (round) casserole dish, place a stick of butter/margarine and place in oven until melted.
- Mix together self-rising flour; sugar, and 1 cup milk. Beat with whisk until blended.
- Pour above mixture into melted butter in casserole dish. Add canned peaches with about 1/2 juice drained off.
- Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes; until golden brown. Enjoy!
