How To Make easy devil dogs

Step 1

mix the first 8 ingredients to form a cookie. drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 6 minutes. let it cool and prepare filling. mix completely until fluffy. spread on chocolate cookie and top with another cookie Sprinkle with top confectioner's sugar*
