condensed milk

egg yolks
1 tsp
vanilla extract
sugar

How to Make Easy Creme Brulee

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a blender combine all ingredients (except sugar).
  • 2pour equally into ramikins, place on a cookie sheet and gently add hot water around perimeter...( water bath)
  • 3bake a 350 degrees for about 30 mins...or depending on your oven maybe 40 mins....
  • 4let cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • 5prior to serving, sprinkle each with sugar and melt with a mini torch OR broil in oven till golden brown ....refrigerate again for another 15 mins....then serve chilled....crack the sugar top and enjoy.
