Ingredients For easy cinnamon roll bars

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • FILLING
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make easy cinnamon roll bars

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13-inch pan
  • 2
    With a mixer, blend the cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Press evenly into the greased pan.

    In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Pour on top of the crust and use a knife to swirl into the batter.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges start to brown.

    Take them out of the oven.

    When completely cool, mix cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract for the cream cheese frosting. Spread on top. Cut into squares and enjoy!
