easy chocolate chip blondies

This recipe is very quick, easy, and very tweak-friendly. It can easily be used as a brownie mix or you can change and fiddle with the ingredients to suit your tastes (such as adding nuts, different kinds of chips, etc.). The blondies are cake-like rather than fudge-like, but that's how I personally like them.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Keep this easy chocolate chip blondies recipe handy because it's great for any occasion (and will cure any sweet tooth). Rich and chewy, a sugary crust forms on top. Combining semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips adds to the richness of these blondies. Sprinkling powdered sugar on top adds to the sweetness and makes them feel fancy.
