Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray 16 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Separate each biscuit in 1/2.Place each biscuit 1/2 in a muffin cup, pressing it against the bottom and up the sides.

Step 2In bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Evenly spoon cream cheese mix into biscuit cups. Bake 12 mins, or until edges are golden.
