- Heat oven to 375. Spray 16 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. Separate each biscuit in 1/2.Place each biscuit 1/2 in a muffin cup, pressing it against the bottom and up the sides.
- In bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Evenly spoon cream cheese mix into biscuit cups. Bake 12 mins, or until edges are golden.
