easy bananas foster cheesecake
Super easy using store bought cheesecake! I usually buy the small 6 inch New York cheesecake. The bananas are equally good on lots of other things too, including ice cream and/or waffles.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon rum extract (or rum!)
- 1 teaspoon banana extract (or cream sherry)
- 4 slices store bought new york cheesecake
How To Make easy bananas foster cheesecake

Step 1Peel bananas and cut into 1/2-inch slices; set aside.

Step 2In a saute pan, melt the butter with sugar and cinnamon, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and extracts. Add the bananas and gently stir 1–2 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately over cheesecake.
