This is a very delicious icing. I use it on top of a Scratch Cake I make.

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1 stick oleo
3 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup crisco
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make dream icing

Step 1

Mix milk & flour; cook until thick, then cool.

Step 2

while cooling, cream together sugar, butter, crisco and vanilla.( you can add flavoring in too if desired).
Step 3

Beat with mixer. add cooked mixture & whip it til fluffy. This is a soft icing.
