Ingredients

  • 1 c
    nilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 c
    peanuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/3 c
    melted butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 12 oz
    cool whip

How to Make Double Peanut Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix wafer crumbs, peanuts, sugar & butter. Reserve 2 TBSP of mixture for topping. Press remaining in a 8/8 square pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powder sugar till fluffy. Add peanut butter. Gently fold in 2 cups of cool whip. Spread over crust.
  3. Top with remaining cool whip, sprinkle with crumbs, and chopped peanuts. Refrigerate.
