This is a recipe I loved that was made by my Cuban neighbor in Miami many years ago.

Ingredients

2 cans evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 - eggs
6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar

How To Make diane's flan

Step 1

Melt sugar in bottom of 2 quart casserole.

Step 2

Blend other ingredients.
Step 3

Pour into casserole dish.
Step 4

Place casserole dish in a larger pan. Fill larger pan with water approximately 1" or so high. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
