  • 1 1/3 cups dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup splenda/sugar blend
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make diabetic sweetened condensed milk

  • Step 1
    In microwave safe mixing bowl, combine dry milk and Splenda blend
  • Step 2
    Add the water
  • Step 3
    Mix well to combine using a wire whip.
  • Step 4
    Microwave on high for 45-60sec or till mixture is hot but not boiling.
  • Step 5
    Place bowl on counter and mix well .
  • Step 6
    Let set 5 mins .
  • Step 7
    Stir,cover,and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
  • Step 8
    Use in any recipe that calls for a can of sweetened condensed milk. . This will keep for up to two weeks in refrigerator if properly covered.
