i love malts and milk shakes so i threw some stuff in a blender one nite and it was surprisingly delicious!

4 scoop(s)
of breyers carb smart vanilla ice cream
4 scoop(s)
of sugar free whipped topping

10 or more unsweetened strawberries keep some aside for garnish
1/2 c
of sugar free strawberry schmuckers jelly
1/3 c
of milk

How to Make diabetic friendly strawberry milkshake

Step-by-Step

  • 1place four scoops of breyers carb smart icecream in the blender
  • 2then place four scoops of sugar free whipped topping in blender
  • 3place the strawberries in the blender, ( i use the frozen ones already cut up but whole fresh ones are good too)
  • 4place the sugar free jelly and milk in the blender. begain to mix the ingredients until smooth and well blended. should serve three people
