Ingredients

1 tube pillsbury croissants
2 large green apples
1 can mountain dew 12-16 oz
1 cup butter melted

How To Make dewin' apple turnovers

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use an 8x8 or 9x9 glass dish. Makes 8 turnovers.

Step 2

Peel and slice green apples into quarters. Put a quarter of each apple into one crossiant. Fold in half. Press seams together. Place in an 8x8 or 9x9 glass pan.
Step 3

Melt butter and sugar in pan on stove. Add Mountain Dew. Pour over turnovers. Baste during cooking. Bake until lightly brown.
