I got this recipe from a friend at church. You'll never guess that they were made with sandwich bread!

Ingredients
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 33-36 slices white sandwich bread
How To Make dessert crepes

Step 1Cream 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and yolks.

Step 2Mix sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3Remove bread crust and roll flat.

Step 4Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese mixture and roll up.

Step 5Melt butter.

Step 6Dip rolls in butter and cinnamon -sugar mixture.

Step 7Wrap and freeze over night.

Step 8Take from freezer and bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes(crisp, not soft).

Step 9Rolls can be dipped in pie filling, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, etc
