Received this recipe from my daughter~in~law some years ago. This cheese ball lasted less than an hour after she put it on the table. It is VERY addictive.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    softened butter
  • 1/4 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 3/4 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 3/4 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1 box
    cinnamon sugar or plain graham crackers

How to Make Dessert Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat Cream Cheese, Butter, and Vanilla together until creamy.
  2. Slowly add Brown Sugar and Confectioner Sugar.
  3. Fold in Chocolate Chips. Remove from bowl onto plastic wrap. Wrap and form into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and roll in pecans.
  5. Serve with Cinnamon Sugar or plain Graham Crackers.
