  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1-1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 pkg
    (16 ounce)frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg
    (3.9. ounce) instant chocolate or pistachio pudding mix
  • 2-1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts

How To Make delicious pudding dessert cake

    In a medium bowl, combine butter, flour and chopped walnuts. Mix, then pat into bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

    Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Set back into refrigerator for 10 minutes to set up.

    In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups milk. Mix well with hand mixer on low speed and spread over cream cheese mixture. Put back in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

    Spread remaining 1/2 container of whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
