Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices. Once blended, add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 3Bake for about 22 minutes. Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon sugar and serve!
