Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
  • 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

How To Make dark chocolate pumpkin spice muffins

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and spices. Once blended, add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Step 3
    Bake for about 22 minutes. Sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon sugar and serve!
