How to Make Crepes
- Place milk, eggs, butter, salt, sugar and flour in large bowl and beat smooth. Heat oil in fry pan. Pour in a spoonful of batter. Rotate the pan in all directions to cover surface evenly. Tip out excess batter. Cook one minute to lightly brown, then flip and brown other side.
- Place a teaspoon of butter on each crepe and serve hot, folded or rolled. Or fill with syrup, jelly or fruit.
- Can be chilled and filled with ice cream also.
