I learned to like crepes in Belgium. You can fill them with savory or sweet fillings, whichever you prefer. I even used this recipe for a demonstrative speech! The class paid very close attention, and enjoyed the taste treats also!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 4 teaspoons sugar

How To Make crepes

Step 1Place milk, eggs, butter, salt, sugar and flour in large bowl and beat smooth. Heat oil in fry pan. Pour in a spoonful of batter. Rotate the pan in all directions to cover surface evenly. Tip out excess batter. Cook one minute to lightly brown, then flip and brown other side.

Step 2Place a teaspoon of butter on each crepe and serve hot, folded or rolled. Or fill with syrup, jelly or fruit.

Step 3Can be chilled and filled with ice cream also.
