Ingredients For creamy pumpkin squares

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 1 box
    confectioners sugar

How To Make creamy pumpkin squares

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 13" x 9" pan.

    Combine cake mix, butter, pecans and 1 beaten egg. Press into bottom of prepared pan.

    Beat cream cheese and 3 eggs until well blended and creamy. Beat in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice; gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

    Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 1 hour.
