This is one of my mom's cheesecake recipes. It was always so yummy topped with cherry pie filling :) There was never enough left- over :( But it was so yummy. You could top it with whatever pie filling you would like.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package cool whip (4 oz) thawed
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make creamy cheese pie

Step 1Beat Cream cheese till smooth. Beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla; fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Top with pie filling of coice. Chill for 3-4 hours.
