How to Make ~ Creamed Cream Puffs ~
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a quart sauce pan, combine butter, water and salt and over high heat, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the flour all at once, stirring quickly until the dough Forms a ball. Let cool about 5 min.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between each addition until dough is silky.
