Ingredients
- PUFFS
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 - eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- CREAM FILLING
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 2 cups milk
How To Make cream puffs

Step 1Heat oven to 400 Degrees F.

Step 2Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.

Step 3Stir in flour

Step 4Stir vigorously over low heat for about a minute or until mixture forms a ball

Step 5Remove from heat.

Step 6Beat in Eggs, all at one time and continue beating until smooth

Step 7Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls three inches apart onto ungreased cooking sheet

Step 8Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden

Step 9To make Cream Filling just combine all ingredients and use electric mixer until mixture begins to thicken

Step 10Cool Away from draft or pastry will drop!!

Step 11Cut off tops and pull out any filaments of soft dough

Step 12Carefully fill puffs with cream filling and refrigerate until serving
