egg yolks
4 c
2 c
jam, any flavor
1/2 c
plain bread crumbs

How to Make Cream Cheese Pastry's


  • 1Combine the butter, cream cheese,flour, egg yolks form into dough put in bowl and refigerate over night.
  • 2The following day roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut 2 1/2 squares
  • 3Combine your choice of jam and bread crumbs mix together and place in the center of pastry square.
  • 4Fill with about a teaspoon of jam fold and lightly crimp together.
  • 5Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes
    Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar
