Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 4 - egg yolks
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups jam, any flavor
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
How To Make cream cheese pastry's

Step 1Combine the butter, cream cheese,flour, egg yolks form into dough put in bowl and refigerate over night.

Step 2The following day roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut 2 1/2 squares

Step 3Combine your choice of jam and bread crumbs mix together and place in the center of pastry square.

Step 4Fill with about a teaspoon of jam fold and lightly crimp together.

Step 5Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar
