How to Make Cream Cheese Pastry's


  1. Combine the butter, cream cheese,flour, egg yolks form into dough put in bowl and refigerate over night.
  2. The following day roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut 2 1/2 squares
  3. Combine your choice of jam and bread crumbs mix together and place in the center of pastry square.
  4. Fill with about a teaspoon of jam fold and lightly crimp together.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes
    Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar
