cream cheese frosting, megan's/mom's/grandma w's
Aunt Margie sent me this recipe that mom gave to her...mom used it mostly on carrot cake. I have added a little milk as needed because sometimes it takes a little to make more easily spreadable. I also like it on pumpkin cake and cinnamon rolls (when I don't use Angela's Icing, also in JAP).

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 2 - good dashes vanilla (mom used 2 teaspoons vanilla, i prefer more)
- - milk as needed (mom never added the milk)
