I make this frosting specifically for my red velvet poke cake and oh my goodness it is amazing. I hope you all enjoy it just as much as my family does.

Ingredients

  • 2- 8oz pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    butter, slightly melted
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar

How to Make Cream Cheese Frosting

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla and blend.
  2. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar, blend.
  3. Add remaining powdered sugar, blend.

    If you feel your frosting is to thick add 1/4 cup milk.

    Top your cake and Enjoy!
