I make this frosting specifically for my red velvet poke cake and oh my goodness it is amazing. I hope you all enjoy it just as much as my family does.

2- 8oz pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c
1 stick
butter, slightly melted
2 tsp
vanilla extract
4 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Cream Cheese Frosting


  • 1In a large bowl combine cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla and blend.
  • 2Add 2 cups of powdered sugar, blend.
  • 3Add remaining powdered sugar, blend.

    If you feel your frosting is to thick add 1/4 cup milk.

    Top your cake and Enjoy!
