This is a delicious frosting , I like to frost my cinnamon rolls with this frosting and my carrot cake...yummy

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2-3 tablespoons half & half or milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cream cheese frosting

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl combine all the ingredients ; using a electric mixer on low speed , beat until smooth and creamy ; add additional milk or half & half until you get a spreadable consistency.

Step 2

Enough Frosting for a 9x13" cake ( 1-3/4 cup )
