I got a version of this recipe at the Ocean Spray Cranberry Factory many, many years ago. I have altered to my family's taste over the years. It is a wonderful light dessert after a big holiday meal. I usually double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients

cran-raspberry juice
1 pkg
3 oz. cranberry gelatin
1 can(s)
jellied cranberry sauce
2 c
cool-whip

How to Make Cran-Raspberry Mousse

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat juice to boiling in medium saucepan.
  • 2Dissolve gelatin in boiling juice. Whip sauce in small bowl until smooth and add to juice mixture.
  • 3Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm- Approx.2-3 Hrs.
  • 4This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger group!
