I got a version of this recipe at the Ocean Spray Cranberry Factory many, many years ago. I have altered to my family's taste over the years. It is a wonderful light dessert after a big holiday meal. I usually double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cran-raspberry juice
- 1 package 3 oz. cranberry gelatin
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 cups cool-whip
How To Make cran-raspberry mousse

Step 1Heat juice to boiling in medium saucepan.

Step 2Dissolve gelatin in boiling juice. Whip sauce in small bowl until smooth and add to juice mixture.

Step 3Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm- Approx.2-3 Hrs.

Step 4This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger group!
