Ingredients
- 3 cups of cake flour sifted
- 2 /1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 /3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine soften
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups milk
How To Make cotton candy cupcakes

Step 1Heat oven to 350 'F and put baking cups in cupcake pan. Sift together flour, baking powder & salt, set aside. -
Step 2Cream sugar & butter together until light. Add eggs & vanilla extract to cream mixture & beat until its mixed. Add flour to cream mixture alternately with milk beating well until each addition.

Step 3Continue beating for 1 minute. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cool completely before decorating.
