small curd cottage cheese

How to Make COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS
1Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
2In a medium bowl beat egg slightly. Add in cottage cheese, sugar, salt, melted butter, and the flour.
Mix together and add yeast. Mix well.
3Roll at once into 10x14 rectangle.
4Mix the filling ingredients together and spread on the dough. Roll up the dough and mixture and cut into 16 pieces.
5Place on large greased cookie sheet. Press down quite flat. Let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hours.
6Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes
7Mix the icing ingredients and frost the rolls.
