How to Make Cool Cookie
- 1Pour milk into a bowl. Take a cookie and dip in milk to soften. Place in a 9x9 dish. Layer the bottom of the dish with a single layer of the cookies dipped in milk. Spread 1/2 of whipped topping over cookie layer. Repeat dipping cookies in milk and layering a single layer on top of the cool whip*. Spread the reminder of whipped topping over cookie layer. Crumble about 5 or 6 cookies (not dipped in milk) on top of the whipped topping. Refrigerate for a few hours until ready to serve.
