This is an awesome icing and honestly could be used with many different cakes...I recommend using it with my cookies and cream cake recipe!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2-8 ounces packages cream cheese
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oreo cookies, crumbled
How To Make cookies and cream cheese icing

Step 1In a large bowl with mixer, blend the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth about 3min. Add salt and vanilla. Add confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup at a time until smooth. Beat in cookies.
