My Mohter, may she rest in peace, used to make these delicious little dessert "christmas balls" every year. She passed it down to me and I love 'em! You will too!

Ingredients For colered fried balls

2eggs
-
2egg yolks
-
2 Tbspheavy cream or milk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspsugar
-
2 1/2 call purpose flour - may have to add somemore

honey-to coat thoroughly
-
colored nonpereil-baking section

1/4 ccanola or vegetable oil
How To Make colered fried balls

1Beat all eggs and cream or milk.

2Add flour and salt. Mix by hand. Soft dough will form, add flour as needed until ball forms.

3Chill for 15 minutes. Then pinch off dough and make grape sized balls with all dough.

4Fry balls in hot oil. Foam may appear. Be careful. Fry until golden brown.

5Drain fried balls on paper towels.

6Put in medium sized bowl and drench with honey.

7Add colored nonpareils and mix. Enjoy!
