My Mohter, may she rest in peace, used to make these delicious little dessert "christmas balls" every year. She passed it down to me and I love 'em! You will too!

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour - may have to add somemore
- - honey-to coat thoroughly
- - colored nonpereil-baking section
- 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
How To Make colered fried balls

Step 1Beat all eggs and cream or milk.

Step 2Add flour and salt. Mix by hand. Soft dough will form, add flour as needed until ball forms.

Step 3Chill for 15 minutes. Then pinch off dough and make grape sized balls with all dough.

Step 4Fry balls in hot oil. Foam may appear. Be careful. Fry until golden brown.

Step 5Drain fried balls on paper towels.

Step 6Put in medium sized bowl and drench with honey.

Step 7Add colored nonpareils and mix. Enjoy!
