How to Make Coconut Sherbet Bars
- Fold pecans, sugar, and macaroons into the whipped cream.
- Spread 1/2 of mixture in a 9"x9" pan.
- Spread softened raspberry sherbet over the top of frozen macaroon mixture. Freeze
- Spread softened lime sherbet over the top of the frozen raspberry sherbet. Freeze.
- Spread the remaining 1/2 of macaroon mixture over the lime sherbet. Freeze.
- Serve in squares or bars. Garnish as desired. I use raspberries and a little whipped cream. I use shaved chocolate and a little whipped cream if I use chocolate ice cream.........
